I haven’t felt this good about myself in years.
I want to say THANK YOU to 212 Degrees Fitness. I joined 212 Degrees Fitness in October and haven’t felt this good about myself in years. Thanks to the wonderful trainers at 212 Degrees Fitness, in 8 months I have lost 20 lbs and I’m down a pant size (almost 2). I feel stronger, healthier and full of energy. For the last two years I have tried so many things to try and lose weight. I’ve had gym memberships, did some running on my treadmill, tried silly diets, work out videos but none of them worked for me like 212 Degrees Fitness has. With the variety of classes they offer working out has become fun for me rather than work. There has never been a time that I felt I couldn’t do something because the trainers are always there to help you through it or show you how to modify.
It is hard for me to put into words how grateful I am that I joined your gym. You guys are so much fun and you truly have helped me through my struggle to lose weight.
