Thank you to the crew at 212
I joined 212 about 9 months ago mainly because I love boot camp classes and especially appreciate the 30 minute in and out classes. One on my goals was to stay fit and increase endurance on my road bike. I definitely stayed fit but a strange thing happened I have ridden in the Bike MS event for 12 years with basically the same group of riders, mostly much younger and fitter than I am. I have a type of MS so they rally around me and encourage me to finish the 75 miles each day (it’s a two day ride) I was usually last and quite happy just to still be on my bike after 75 miles, especially on the second day. WELL…..this year I kicked butt! I wasn’t last, I passed people on the final uphills, I wasn’t tired and nobody had to wait for me!!!!! Several of my fellow riders commented on ‘how much stronger’ I rode this year. So…. the only thing I have done is add 212 to my schedule 2-3 times a week. Being stronger definitely translates into endurance, I know that now for a fact. Thank you to the crew at 212.
