I am a NASM certified personal trainer and Yoga Fit certified Yoga instructor with over 15 years of training experience. My health and fitness career began as a kickboxing/boxing instructor, which eventually turned into a passion for competing and coaching in these sports. I have competed in both Boxing and Muay Thai. I won Golden Gloves 2009 Masters division in my weight class.
In 2012, I competed in my first bodybuilding competition, where I took 2nd place in my class. I loved the dedication and commitment it took to do a show, so I competed once again in 2013 and took 3rd place in the Northern Colorado Physique competition. It is amazing to watch your body transform with a little hard work, discipline, and a solid nutrition plan. These are the principles for a healthy lifestyle I implement into our programs at 212 Degrees Fitness. I have always had a trainer/cheerleader in my corner, and that is exactly what I want to be for my personal training clients! There is nothing more rewarding than watching people reach their goals and become stronger, healthier, and more confident in the process — no matter what that goal may be!
Andrea “Dre” Williams is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition L1 Coach, and is currently pursuing her GGS-1 Coaching & Training Women Academy certification. She specializes in working with women ranging in age from 25-65, focusing on strength training to manage metabolism, build lean body mass, combat osteopenia & osteoporosis, and build confidence within oneself.
Prior to becoming a personal trainer in 2011, Dre worked in various aspects of advertising and television production. A lifestyle change led to a career change, and she has been with 212 Degrees Fitness since 2014. She loves encouraging boot campers, kickboxers, and personal training clients to work towards their best version of themselves with awesome and challenging workouts, rockin’ music, and silly humor. She enjoys participating in and training herself for mountain biking, triathlon, hiking with her dog, and powerlifting; has a passion for cooking and sharing healthy recipe ideas; and is a Colorado craft beer aficionado.

I am an ISSA certified personal trainer with an expertise in kickboxing and post-natal fitness. After having my twin boys in 2014 I was diagnosed with a condition known as diastasis recti. It was during my time of recovery I found kickboxing and I fell in love immediately. After several months, I started to train with current WMMA and MMA fighters. I loved the dedication and hard work it took to transform my body and improve my skills. It was during that time I knew I wanted to become a personal trainer. I knew I wanted to help empower others to take back control of their physical wellbeing just like my coaches had done for me.
I believe we all deserve to be happy, healthy, and have a positive self-body image. I believe if you want to be a woman with muscles, do it! If you want to run 8 miles without stopping, do it! If you want to be stronger for nothing more than to say you did it, do it! Exercising should be fun and incorporate things that you like. With the right nutrition and exercise your body is capable of incredible things and you can reach your fitness goals. We only get one body so lets make it last us a while.
My favorite physical activities are strength training, kickboxing, playing competitive softball, hiking, and pretty much anything outdoors with my husband and twin boys.
Omar is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a bachelors degree in Wellness and Recreation. He has also obtained a NASM Bodybuilding certification and is a NASM Performance Enhancement and Nutrition Specialist.
Omar has been an active athlete for 20+ years now and has competed on high school, college and semi-pro stages. He has a strong passion for fitness and believes that everyone should exercise in some way or another. He is driven to motivate his clients to reach the fitness goals they have always talked about, but may not have had the drive to reach alone – “Let’s strive for greatness together!”
