I love running trails, and since my knee surgery a year ago I’ve still been in too much pain and too weak to be on trails safely- despite following my physical therapy regimen completely. My recovery really needed additional focus and well-roundedness that the Boot Camps has provided. You and the other instructors provided safe ways for me to attain better strength all-around, and the members helped motivate me to keep coming.
I get a kick out of the fact that each workout is so different and promises to be fun and safe! All this surprised even myself- I even join the 5:30am class sometimes to get that workout in, despite not being a morning person! My overall strength and coordination has improved so much that I’ve managed to run two 10-milers on trails, two weekends in a row!
